Abstract:

Ever look at all the tools available in the Microsoft 365 suite like Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Bookings, Power Automate, etc. and wonder if they are powerful enough to handle real challenges? Well, the team at Bellarmine University used these tools to rapidly develop systems that empowered and supported their pandemic response team in their effort to keep the university community safe. In this session you’ll see how Bellarmine quickly solved real problems using Microsoft 365 and hopefully be inspired to tackle some of your challenges using these same tools.

In this talk, listen to HMB’s Director of Microsoft Business Solutions, Trey Mayer, discuss our customer’s journey to the cloud using the Microsoft Power Platform. We will discuss the good, the bad, and ugly and fill you in on lesson learned from nearly 100+ Power Platform production solutions. The session will also dive into learning best practices for staying organized, dev->-test->Prod promotion, and Power Platform governance. This session will primarily focus on the Power Apps Canvas Apps option and Power App triggered Power Automate Flows.
